I found this venue to offer great prices, a brand-new and fancy room with a very comfortable bed, and the staff were understanding and friendly day and night.

The service was excellent. There was a mess up with the inline reservation but they did everything in theor power to assist me and make sure that I had a room. That is customer service at it's finest.

The staff was very helpful, understanding, and provided information when needed, and they fixed the TV promptly when asked.

When I pulled into the parking lot a team of several police officers were getting into their cars. I told them I was checking in and asked if I should be worried. I entered the first door and went to the security window. I was let into the lobby when my reservation was confirmed. I was greeted at a second security window. During the check in process a man tried to get into the lobby and the clerk warned me not to let him in. On the way back from the car with my luggage a man asked to use my phone to call the bus station so he could find his girlfriend. She was on crack and he didn't know where she was. SCARRY!!! Needless to say, I will not be staying there again.

Convenient location near shops 🛍️, music festival, Glen Helen Amphitheater, and the city center.

The hotel is in a quiet and secure area, conveniently located next to stores and a music festival. We were impressed by the great prices offered at the property. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable, we loved it. The service provided by the staff was excellent and they were very understanding.

The hotel's location is convenient, with an In-N-Out nearby. The staff at the front desk were respectful and provided easy access to the building. The rooms were generally clean and the bathrooms were well-maintained. Some guests mentioned that the sheets and carpet were clean.

Though the overall cleanliness was mentioned positively, there were some complaints about the carpet needing cleaning and possible issues with bugs or fleas.

The staff had a horrible attitude. There was no cold water when we checked in (4:00pm). The bathroom was dirty.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the festival, Glen Helen Amphitheater, and San Bernardino. The staff is friendly and understanding. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is centrally located, only a 10-15 minute walk from San Manuel Stadium.

We enjoyed coffee and pastries at Molly's Cafe and the complimentary Wi-Fi met our needs during our stay.

Convenient location close to San Bernardino and Glen Helen Amphitheater 🎵. The rooms are newly furnished and the staff is super friendly and helpful. It's also nice and peaceful here.

The weather was warm, had fairly nice stay on every next visit. The hotel's location was particularly good, so close to Glen Helen Amphitheater, San Bernardino, and stores. A few times I ate at Roger's Burgers, located around 10-15 minutes walk from the property.

The location is comfortable and convenient, with a variety of great food options nearby.
